1. How to cancel the order?

After the order is paid successfully, the user can check the order status in the account order details.

Cancellation within 30 minutes is supported and you can cancel your order in the order details. After an order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

Orders that have been packaged and shipped: Orders have been processed and cannot be returned to the package and cannot be cancelled.

If you confirm that you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. The resulting return shipping costs and other additional charges will be borne by the customer.

2. Return Policy

In order to return an item, you will need to contact us within 14 natural days of the return expiry date to request a return and provide your purchase history or order number from Outoftimes. (Returns will not be accepted for camping hammock that have been damaged or missed due to man-made and external causes). Place the original packaging in the shipping box.

Please keep the original packaging and pictures of the breakage.

Returns are subject to Outoftimes’s Return Merchandise Authorisation. Shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer for personal reasons other than product quality (e.g. don’t like it/wrong colour, etc.).

AMERICAN XINGHE NEW MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD is responsible for returns due to defective/damaged/missing/wrong items and return shipping costs will be borne by American Xinghe New Material Technology Co., LTD.

You can email us or call Outoftimes.com to request a return. All purchased items and packaging materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the return or a restocking fee.

If there are accessories please return together, need to be in new condition, can not affect the secondary sale.

3. Eligibility for returns

Firstly, all items returned or exchanged must be: Returned within 14 natural days. Please note that there are no refunds for overtime.
